A Brookfield man charged with driving while revoked or suspended was sentenced in Livingston County court. 20-year-old Alex Michael Gandy was sentenced by Judge Michael Leamer to 90 days in jail – suspended. He is ordered to serve two years of probation. In addition, he will serve 48 hours of shock time in the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Gandy was booked into the jail Monday evening to serve the shock time.
