A Liberty man charged with alleged speeding, failure to register a vehicle, displaying the plates from another vehicle, and no insurance was arrested by Caldwell County deputies on a warrant for alleged failure to pay. Sixty-two-year-old Robert Thomas Diaz is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with a cash-only bond set at $1,000.
