A Holt resident convicted in 2025 for possession of a controlled substance and tattooing a minor without parental permission was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on a probation violation warrant. Thirty-six-year-old Jordan MacMullen is held with no bond allowed. A probation violation hearing will be held November 9th.
