With the primary election complete, the candidate field for the November election has been narrowed in several races that include local counties.
In the 6th Congressional District (northern Missouri), the candidates will include:

For State Offices in the local area:
State Senate District 12 – includes18 counties in NW Missouri and a portion of Buchanan County.
Republican – Rusty Black
Democratic – Judy McNeece
State Representative District 2 includes Harrison, Worth, Daviess, Caldwell, and Grundy counties.
Republican – Phil Fox
Democratic – Casey Scott
Libertarian – Shelby Dreier
State Representative District 7 includes Carroll, Linn, Livingston, and Ray counties.
Republican – Jeremy Clevenger
Democratic – Adrian Cooper
State Representative District 48 includes Chariton, Cooper, and Howard counties and a portion of Randolph County.
Republican – Tim Taylor
