A Carrollton man who pled guilty to a charge of Statutory sodomy on April 14th will be sentenced June 9th in Carroll County Court. Howard Eugene Hughes, Jr, pled guilty to the incident that occurred on October 5 of 2025.
A sentencing assessment report has been filed with the courts.
