The Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney filed charges on two Chillicothe residents who were already in Custody for Livingston County.
38-year-old Chelsea R. Huffman and 41-year-old David Michael Searcy were arrested Monday by Chillicothe Police. Tuesday, the prosecutor filed charges for each of alleged Burglary, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Property Damage. Huffman remains in custody at the Caldwell County Detention Center and Searcy is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. Bond for each is set at $5,000 – cash only.
