Eight appearances are on the agenda for the Chillicothe City Council for Monday. The council members will meet at 5:30 pm in Council Chamber of City Hall.
Following the financial reports and payment of bills and salaries, the appearances include:
The Mayor’s recommendation for the Airport Board
A bid presentation for a greens mower and a Tri-Max Snake for the Green Hills Golf Course.
A bid presentation for a tractor for the golf course.
A resolution establishing a policy and procedure to disclose potential conflict of interest and substantial interest for certain municipal officials.
An ordinance authorizing hiring of part time employees in the absence of a City Administrator.
The Police Chief will lead a discussion on E-Bikes.
Toby Calivere with a discussion on the garage door repair at the LifeFlight Hangar.
A discussion of a call tree at City Hall.
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting to handle personnel, bids and contracts.
