Two contracts approved by the Chillicothe City Council in closed executive session in January were released to the public. The first contract was for a farm lease with Randy Price for the Industrial Park farming property. The second contract is for the farm lease with Sykes Farms for the farming property at the Chillicothe Airport. Both were approved on votes of 5 to 0. Both contracts were signed recently.
