A Chillicothe man charged in Livingston County with Contempt of Court was sentenced to 30 days in jail. The incident occurred in March while Justin Wade Jungert was in court for bond hearings on three other cases. According to the order, at the conclusion of the hearings, Jungert exhibited disorderly, contemptuous, and insolent behavior in the presence of the court by yelling and cursing.
Jungert was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on the 30-day sentence and is held with no bond allowed.
