Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

The Chillicothe Police Department report for Tuesday includes 72 calls for service.

Police were called to two separate domestic disturbances Tuesday evening—one on Conn Street just after 5:30 p.m. and another on Fair Street a little after 6 p.m. In both cases, officers advised those involved of Missouri’s Domestic 12-Hour Rule.

Just after 9:15 p.m., officers responded to Cooper and Dickinson for a downed power line caused by a fallen tree. CMU was contacted to handle the issue.

Around 9:50 p.m., police picked up a dog running at large on Rosewood Lane and took it to the police department.

Finally, at 10:26 p.m., officers located a large brush fire on Litton Road. Due to windy conditions, the Chillicothe Fire Department was called to extinguish it.
