Eighty-two calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Tuesday.
Officers investigated a child endangerment report, with that investigation ongoing. A harassment report was also taken, with a suspect identified and charges pending.
Police responded to several animal and child welfare calls. Officers were unable to locate vehicles reported to have potentially unrestrained or unattended children and a dog inside.
Officers also responded to a verbal domestic disturbance, a two-vehicle, non-injury crash on Locust Street, and a property damage report on West Business 36 Highway. The property damage investigation is ongoing.
Police also investigated a report of possible door-to-door sales and advised the individual to obtain a business license.
