A lease purchase agreement for the Hutchinson property is on the agenda for the Chillicothe R2 school board Tuesday at 5PM. The lease agreement for the 5.6-acre plot will be recommended to the board in partnership with UMB Bank of Kansas City. A new bus barn and maintenance facility will be constructed on that land.
