The Audit for the City of Chillicothe was reported as pretty good financially. Matt Johnson made the report to the City Council for Conrad & Higgins. Johnson told the council about the city’s Net Position.
Down about $1.5 million.
He says the city will need to look at segregation of duties.

Johnson was talking about the theft of funds by an employee.
He did tell the council that theft did not affect the audit.
