A Dawn man wanted on a probation violation warrant, 54-year-old Robert W. Johnson, was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Wednesday. Johnson had been on probation following a guilty plea in December of 2024 for Failure to register as a sex offender. He is held with cash-only bond set at $20,000.
