Following a mental health competency evaluation ordered for 22-year-old Darrell Tyrone Dickerson, Judge Michael Leamer ordered an extended commitment of Dickerson to the Department of Mental Health.
Dickerson had been charged with alleged 2 counts of sexual misconduct involving a child under 15, statutory sodomy, and child molestation, alleged to have occurred in October of 2025.
