A Gallatin man was charged with alleged assault and unlawful discharge of a firearm, following an investigation of a man with a gunshot wound. The incident is alleged to have occurred on July 16th, when the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the knee. Officers arrested Joshua D. Hogan of Gallatin on a warrant that includes a $50,000 cash-only bond.
