A Chillicothe woman booked in April on charges that include alleged assault and endangering the welfare of a child has had her case moved to Circuit Court. 37-year-old Danielle Marie Clark was arraigned on three counts of alleged assault and endangering the welfare of a child, entering a plea of not guilty.
The prosecuting attorney offered to dismiss two of the assault charges and the endangering charge in exchange for a guilty plea on the remaining assault charge.
The guilty plea was entered and accepted by the Court. A sentence assessment report was ordered, with sentencing scheduled for November 5th.
Bond for Danielle Marie Clark was modified to released on her own recognisance.
