A Marceline woman remains in custody following her arrest by Chillicothe Police on Friday. Twenty-seven-year-old Cheyenne Marie Haidsiak is charged with alleged stealing from a retail business in the 1000 block of North Washington Street. The probable cause statement indicates she is accused of taking more than $1,000 from the store.
She was also charged with alleged DWI – Prior offender from an incident alleged to have occurred on June 28th, and alleged driving while revoked or suspended on July 1st.
Her bond is set for $10,000 – cash only. Her initial appearance is set for Tuesday in Livingston County Associate Court.
