The Livingston County Health Center Board of Trustees is considering a five-year Strategic Plan. Director Katie Stephens submitted the plan to the board for discussion.

She says they want to build on those pillars in the five-year plan.
Stephens says there are also several phases to the plan.

The board also discussed the focus of the plan on a year-to-year basis.
The board will be reviewing the draft that was presented, and there will be discussions at future meetings.
