The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two recent jail bookings.
Sunday at 1:04 pm, Chillicothe Police booked 44-year-old Billy Ray Williams into the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail and 35-year-old Dominique Patricia Hurst into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Both remain in custody on 24-hour holds.
