The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two recent bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
24-year-old Kristopher U. Holtzclaw was arrested for alleged violation of an order of protection.
38-year-old Kaylee A. Ramsey of Chillicothe was arrested by State Troopers on Tuesday for alleged resisting arrest by fleeing. She is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only.
