A Joliet, IL resident was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Tuesday. The Missouri Highway Patrol arrested 34-year-old Sara R. Mistakevich at about 5:25 pm for alleged DWI with drugs and speeding – 26 miles per hour or more over the speed limit. Mistakevich was processed and released.
