A Carrollton man was arrested by Taney County deputies on a Probation Violation warrant. Forty-one-year-old Jonathan Tucker Flaharty was arrested on the warrant. He had been convicted of Aggravated DWI in 2024 and sentenced to 7 years in prison – Suspended and given five years of probation. He is held in Taney County pending extradition. Cash-only bond is set at $20,000.
