The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports two recent bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Twenty-five-year-old Isaiah W. Smith of Chillicothe was booked for an alleged bond violation from original charges of alleged DWI – persistent offender and driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
Forty-year-old Ronald D. Hines of Hale was booked for alleged probation violation from an original conviction for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence. He is held with no bond allowed.
