A Minneapolis man was arrested in Daviess County on multiple charges and warrants. State Troopers arrested 44 year old Curtis D. Harness at 2:39 pm Wednesday, for alleged DWI, child endangerment, no valid drivers license, no insurance, failure to register a vehicle, no seatbelt, failure to secure a child, a window tint violation, a Troop A warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged driving while suspended or revoked, and a Kansas City warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
