Strengthening Livingston County’s future growth and identifying what is holding growth back will be the topic of a county-wide forum hosted by Livingston County MU Extension Council in partnership with Maximize Northwest Missouri. The event is planned for Tuesday, September 1st from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, at the United Methodist Church.
The forum will give participants an opportunity to review local data, share their experiences, and help identify priorities for future community action.
The discussion will include findings from Maximize Northwest Missouri’s 2025 Alumni and Resident Survey, a follow-up to research first conducted in 2020. The survey examines why people choose to stay, leave, or return to Northwest Missouri and provides insight to the factors that influence the region’s ability to attract and retain residents.
