A Nurse Practitioner who works part-time at the Livingston County Health Center is Missouri’s 2026 Outstanding Older Worker of the Year. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) Bureau of Senior Programs named Nancy Guthrie as the recipient of the award that honors employed residents aged 55 or older who demonstrate exemplary dependability, an exceptional work ethic, and a continued commitment to community service.
Guthrie was nominated by Lori Murray.
Nominated on behalf of the Health Center for
her willingness to help and share her experience.
Guthrie will be formally recognized for her achievements during an official state award ceremony held in Jefferson City later in October.
To celebrate Guthrie’s achievement, the community and colleagues are invited to a special recognition reception on Thursday, October 22nd at 9 a.m. in the Health Center’s Basement Conference Room.
