A Parking Regulation Variance was approved as a first step in constructing new apartments in Chillicothe. American Tiger Realty Group made the request to the Chillicothe Board of Adjustments. Codes Officer Gil Gates explained the request.
Requested a variance to the number of parking stalls required.
City code requires two stalls per apartment.
Gates says that after discussion, the Board of Adjustments approved the request. This clears the way for the property owner to begin the design work for the apartment building.
