The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Monday at 5:30 pm in the council chambers at City Hall. The meeting is to consider a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development on the old hospital grounds at 100 Central, submitted by Kinnison McKay.
McKay received approval of the preliminary plat from the Chillicothe City Council in September. He has proposed a 54-unit development that includes single-family homes and row houses.
