A Polo man charged with alleged abuse or neglect of a child and endangering the welfare of a child, Matthew E. Munson, has had his case moved to Circuit Court. Judge Jason Kanoy conducted the Preliminary Hearing in Caldwell County Associate Court and bound over the case to the Circuit Court. Arraignment is scheduled for September 14th.
