A Sinaloa, Mexico man was sentenced in Federal Court to 20 years for his part in a Fentanyl Conspiracy. Thirty-four-year-old Raymundo Guadalupe Felix-Perez was sentenced to 20 years in prison without parole, 5 years supervised release, and a money judgment of $80,000.
Felix-Perez previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute over 400 grams of fentanyl, between Oct. 27, 2020, and Jan. 24, 2023, and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering in the Western District of Missouri.
The case was investigated by numerous local, state, and federal agencies, including the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office; Trenton Police Department; Northwest Missouri Drug Task Force; Missouri Drug Strike Force; Mercer County Sheriff’s Office; Homeland Security; and the Internal Revenue Service.
