A 31-year-old man from Holt had serious injuries in a crash near Kingston Thursday afternoon that involved two pick-ups. State Troopers report the crash occurred on Missouri Highway 13, 2 miles south of Kingston at about 2:00 pm, when a 31-year-old man from Holt was southbound, and a 36-year-old man from Kingston was northbound. The Southbound driver crossed the centerline and struck the rear driver’s side of the northbound truck. The southbound driver ran off the road and came to rest on the driver’s side in a tree line. The northbound truck went off the road and overturned, coming to rest on the driver’s side. The Holt man was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for Treatment of Serious injuries. The Kingston man was not injured.
