Sewer problems persist at Chillicothe City Hall. City Auditor Allison Jeffries made the report to the council.
CMU will handle the digging and work with the plumber to determine the repairs that are required. Hopper says if a trap is needed, they will place a manhole to make future access possible.
They will also need to look at other drains in the building, including the drains from when the building was a fire barn.
