Area Departments report three Jail Bookings.
For Livingston County, a 40-year-old Chillicothe man was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center Monday evening by Chillicothe Police. Michael C. Pennington has since been charged with alleged violation of an order of protection – 2nd offense.
For Grundy County, the bookings include:
36-year-old Veronica C. Ruiz of Trenton was booked into the Grundy County Jail Monday to serve 49 days of shock time on a conviction for distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location. She was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison – stayed and sentenced to 5 years’ probation.
40-year-old John Aaron Johnson of Milan was booked into the Grundy County Jail Tuesday on charges that include alleged stalking, Harassment, and two counts of alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Total bond is set at $10,000 cash.
