A Trenton man was booked into the Grundy County Jail on five counts. Forty-one-year-old Keith D. Kolodziejski was booked into the jail on a Putnam County warrant for alleged harassment and four counts of alleged violation of a protection order. Cash only bond is set at $5,000. A bond hearing is set for September 15th.
