The Missouri Highway Patrol reports two arrests in the area counties Thursday.
In Daviess County at about 5:55 pm, Troopers arrested 33-year-old Philip G. Loughman of Lenexa, KS, for alleged DWI, Careless and imprudent driving, and speeding, 103 in a 70 zone. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
In Livingston County at about 9:20 pm, Troopers arrested 27-year-old Chase A. Foreman of Chillicothe for alleged Aggravated fleeing, DWI, Careless and imprudent driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
