A Milan man was arrested in Linn County and is charged with alleged attempted burglary, possession of burglary tools, and two counts of property damage. Sixty-year-old William Z. Morris was taken into custody following an investigation by the Linn County Sheriff’s Department. A warrant was issued and served while Morris was in custody. Bond is set at $25,000, with several bond requirements.
A Brookfield woman, 55-year-old Stella Kwiatkowski, was charged in Linn County Court following an investigation of alleged burglary, trespassing, and stealing that is alleged to have occurred on September 23rd. A criminal summons to appear in Linn County Court was issued for an initial appearance on November 19th.
