Wakenda Chute Bridge To Open June 15th

The Wakenda Chute Bridge on Carroll County Route 41 north of Miami could open as soon as June 15^th.  The Missouri Department of Transportation says the Wakenda Chute Bridge was closed on April 20^th, for repairs following a routine inspection.  Bridge crews expect to reopen the roadway on Monday, June 15^th, following repairs to the bridge joints, beams, and deck.
