Chillicothe’s 2nd Ward City Council representative, 78-year-old Wayne D Cunningham died Saturday. Cunningham served on the City Council for 12 years. He first filed for the 2nd Ward Council seat in 2010 and was elected in 2011. He often added guidance on matters of streets, drainage, and the city pool.
