Black Pre-Files Legislation For 2025 Session

As Missouri’s 2025 Legislative Session begins at the start of the new year, Senator Rusty Black of Chillicothe has pre-filed a couple of bills for the session.

One of the bills would limit ownership of agricultural land in Missouri.  Black says he wants to go back to no foreign ownership of agricultural land in Missouri to farm.

The direction we need to go on agricultural land.

Another bill would add Mental Health Treatment Courts to the Missouri court system.

Would allow those working with offenders with mental health issues to help get them on the right track.

The 2025 Missouri Legislative Session begins on January 8th.
