A Carrollton man charged in the crash that took the life of a Lincoln, Missouri woman in Benton County was in court Monday.
44-year-old Robbie A. Acton is charged in Benton County with DWI – resulting in the death of another and leaving the scene of an accident resulting death.
Acton made his initial appearance before Judge Kjar. A plea of not guilty was entered. Acton’s next court appearance is August 26th.
