Chillicothe Police arrested a Chillicothe man on a warrant for alleged DWI and Resisting or Interfering with an arrest. 33-year-old Richard Wayne Stimpson was arrested early Saturday morning and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.
