Chillicothe Police booked 29-year-old Christian Richard Elston on a 24-hour hold at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Fifty-year-old Jessica Joy Weeks of Trenton was booked into the Grundy County Jail to serve seven days of shock time following her conviction for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia related to amphetamine or methamphetamine. She will also serve five years of probation.
