A contract for a State Block Grant for engineering services at the Chillicothe Airport was approved by the City Council. City Administrator Roze Frampton says this will be beneficial to pilots and the staff at the airport.
That portion of the grant is for $51,300. The city will pay $5,700.
The fuel system will be for AV Gas only at this time and it will be an above-ground storage system.
