Anders Ordered Into Custody Ahead Of Sentencing

A woman facing sentencing on a 2024 property damage charge has been ordered to return to custody.  Thirty-three-year-old Cerrina Collette Anders had been released on August 20th to attend inpatient treatment in Columbia, MO.  The court ordered her mother, Donna Winfrey, to drive her to the facility.

Wednesday, Judge Ryan Horsman revoked the furlough and ordered Anders to return to the custody of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.  The court also ordered Winfrey to appear in Livingston County Court on October 9th to show cause why she failed to transport Anders directly to the treatment facility.

Anders had previously pled guilty to the property damage charge and a sentencing hearing has been set for October 9th at 9:00 am.
