The April 8th Municipal Election includes the local race for Chillicothe 3rd Ward Council. KCHI spoke with each of the candidates.
Two candidates filed for election to the Chillicothe Third Ward City Council seat. Incumbent Stacey Soper is challenged by Manuel Morales for that seat. Soper talked about why she is running for the council seat.
