The April 4th election includes two seats on the Chillicothe City Council. Four candidates filed to fill those seats. For the 1st Ward, Read Dupy faces Dowell Kincaid. KCHI spoke with both candidates. Reed Dupy is the incumbent and explains why he wants to continue to serve on the council.
