The Chillicothe City Council has two seats that are part of the April 4th municipal election. In the 3rd Ward, Stacey Soper faces Josh Fosdick. KCHI spoke with both candidates. Stacey Soper explains why she wants to serve on the council.

In addition to the two contested races on the City Council, there is also one ballot issue for the city. The City of Chillicothe is seeking to Extend The Capital Improvement Sales Tax Fund. City Administrator Roze Frampton will talk about that issue on Friday.
