A Chillicothe man accused of alleged Child Molestation will have his case heard in Livingston County Circuit Court. Chad Alexander Holmes was bound over following a Preliminary Hearing before Judge Michael Leamer. Plea and Trial Setting before Judge Ryan Horsman is set for June 5th.
A Galt man accused of alleged Trafficking is bound over to Daviess County Circuit Court. Coty Castile Mewes was bound over following an appearance before Judge Micha Dixon. Arraignment is scheduled today (Wednesday) before Judge Daren Adkins.
