A Bethany woman was arrested by State Troopers on a Daviess County warrant. Twenty-three-year-old Jade M. McGuire was arrested at about 1:18 pm in Harrison County for alleged no seatbelt, and on the Daviess County warrant for alleged 2 counts of no seatbelt. She is held pending the posting of bond.
